"The Real Deal"
"For many years, we have prayed about and hoped for a service like yours, one that is willing to be overtly Christian, and one that promotes marriage within Godly, healthy parameters."

Ready to move forward and "Get Out Of The Boat?"
Finally, believers have a common connection point to find each other and take a step towards a new relationship.

Kim Whitaker
President
“People often ask why two married women would want to start a matchmaking business. I believe God hardwires in each one of us a destiny to further His kingdom and gifts us with the abilities and passion to make it happen. All my past experiences and education are being tapped and utilized to bring this vision to a reality.
Joining forces with Linda has created a dynamic team as we compliment each other’s strengths and weaknesses.”Kim’s many years of business management through real estate development, sales, marketing and new construction have paved the way to launch a new business in the internet world.
Her natural entrepreneurial spirit, visionary perspective and problem solving abilities, combined with her faith in Christ, provide the necessary ingredients to create and direct Cache’ Connections.“I think God put this desire in me when I was as young as 7 or 8 years old when I watched 'Fiddler On The Roof' and thought what an incredible responsibility that would be to bring two lives together. I have a lot of compassion for Christian singles who are following God’s standards and have such a difficult time meeting others like themselves.”
Kim and her husband of 29 years, Ed, reside in Pekin. Daughter, Samantha, attends Bradley University and son, Nicklaus, married to Jamie, operates the family contracting business. The Whitakers attend Northwoods Community Church in Peoria, Illinois.
Linda Martin
Vice President
Linda attributes her leadership and painstaking attention to detail to her 22+ years of experience in the legal profession as a paralegal. Most recently, Linda played a key role in birthing a new real estate practice for a large Peoria law firm. Within that thriving department, she managed personnel and all operations, including closings.
Leadership is definitely one of Linda’s strengths. “My parents said I loved to boss my little sister around.” The fifth of six children, she was more than willing to step into the role as big sister and protect her younger charge from their four older brothers. Her choleric and sanguine personality blend, along with strong moral convictions, make her a leader who people are willing follow.
Linda has been actively involved in ministry after devoting her life to Christ in 1991. Linda feels that she and Kim were called and enabled by God for their endeavors with Cache’ Connections. Linda enjoys the relationships built with people in the various aspects of the business, and making sure all of the details are tended to. “Kim is the entrepreneur, I am the realist. I am constantly running Kim’s ideas through the logistics test.”Linda and her husband of 24 years, Cary, reside in Pekin with their son, Grant. Daughter Erin is a graduate student at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. The Martins attend Northwoods Community Church in Peoria, Illinois.
