Photos are not required but recommended to increase communication.  In order to protect the integrity of our website, it is important that all members follow the primary photo requirements: one recent headshot and one full bodyshot (just you!) taken against a plain background within the past 3 months. (Please, no outdoor photos, sunglasses friends cropped out, costumes or sitting postures.) You may upload up to 6 additional photos of choice to enhance your profile. All photos will be subject to staff approval.

Here are a few tips for taking your primary photos:
* First impressions can encourage communication...take the time to look your best!
* Have a friend or coworker help take several shots to choose from.
* Smile!
* Dress in flattering attire.
